Our Story
Ducillo Fine Carpentry was founded by Joseph Ducillo in 2026 with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality, detail-driven carpentry with a level of professionalism and care that is often hard to find in the trade. Joseph’s experience began early, working for his family’s carpentry business as a junior in high school.
Over the next 23 years, he developed a deep understanding of the craft—refining his skills across a wide range of projects and building a strong foundation rooted in precision, work ethic, and pride in execution. Now leading his own company, Joseph brings that same dedication to every project.
Known for his organization, clear communication, and attention to detail, he approaches each job with a focus on doing things the right way—from start to finish. Specializing in custom trim and finish carpentry, Ducillo Fine Carpentry has worked in some of the Hudson Valley’s most well-appointed homes, delivering clean, refined work that enhances the overall space.
Joseph’s approach is simple: thoughtful craftsmanship, executed with consistency and care. Outside of work, Joseph spends his time with his wife, their two sons, and their two mini goldendoodles. On weekends, you’ll often find him out on the golf course or getting together with his large extended family.
